Reporting a Problem

Do this via the Tenant Login Area

If you have something that needs fixing in your house i.e. broken oven, light blub out or Wi-Fi not working, you must log onto the Tenant Area and report it. We then organise for it be resolved quickly, usually between 24 hours!

If you have already reported a problem through the Tenant Login area of the website, but you still need to get in touch contact KevinĀ  he’s the man that makes sure your house is in tip top shape.

Emergency

In case of an emergency that needs immediate attention during out of office hours we have a dedicated number you can call. Use this number in situations of fire / water leak, burglary or any situation where the police would need to attend. Please understand that although it may seem like it to you at the time being locked out of a room or house is NOT classified as an emergency and can be reported via the Tenant Login or call us at the office between 9 and 5 Mon – Friday.

I am locked out of my room, who do I call?

Unfortunately we do not hold keys for individual rooms, if it is during working hours we should be able to help so report it via the Tenant Login, but if it is out of hours you will need to contact a local locksmith.
