Most students tend to approach us as a group looking to rent a student house. Each of you will need to provide the names of the people you wish to share with so we can process your applications accordingly. However, we are also happy to help individuals find a deluxe student room to rent in one of our outstanding properties.
A reservation fee (payable in installments if required) is needed to secure your room for the following academic year. So yes, you do need to pay it. This fee includes: Setting-up the Tenants account with the Landlord; Confirming the Tenants details; Credit Checks for the Tenant; Preparing an inventory of the contents in the Property at the start of the Term; The Landlords check-in procedures at the start of the Term; The Landlords check-out procedures at the end of the Term; and other administration procedures in connection with the Tenancy Agreement.
Subject to your house being available we are happy for you to move in during the summer, we do not charge any extra rent to move in early but we charge £10 a week to cover utilities.
Rent is normally payable termly however we understand that some students receive monthly bursary payments rather than the typical student loans that are payable termly. Should this affect you please contact our head office and we will be happy to assist you with an alternative arrangement.
Yes, your rental payment includes a generous pre allocated amount of Gas & Electricity for your stay at a Bellvue house, Water bills are also included.
