Should any parts be required for the repair of any appliance in a Bellvue house, they will be ordered from the appropriate manufacturer. Whilst we make every effort to complete your repair as swiftly as possible on occasion there may be a delay in completing the repair if the parts are not in stock.

If any repairs are required in your house due to malicious damage or as a direct result of negligence, Bellvue will not be held responsible for any delays in completing such repairs.

In the event that you lock yourself out of your room, please be aware that we do not hold any spare keys for bedrooms. If this occurs you will be responsible for arranging and paying directly for a local locksmith to open your room and replace the lock.

Although most of our bedrooms come with a double or three/quarter sized bed it may not always be possible to supply these sized beds in all bedrooms as we are legally obligated to provide a certain amount of floor space.
