Reporting an Issue with your House
If you have something that needs fixing in your house, e.g. a broken lightbulb, or your Wi-Fi isn’t working, just log into your tenant area and let us know – we always aim to have the issue fixed within 24 hours!
Maintenance & Emergencies
If you have already reported a problem through the Tenant Login area of the website, but you still need to get in touch, email Mick at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have an emergency such as fire, water leak, burglary or any situation requiring police attendance, please call our emergency number on 0207 692 0646 and one of our staff can deliver immediate attention to your property.
I am locked out of my room, who do I call?
We do not hold keys for individual rooms, however if the issue occurs during working hours get in touch via your tenant login for assistance. Please be aware there is a £25 fee if you find yourself locked out when our offices are closed.
